Great hoop shoe.

I play once a week with a group of guys that rent out a gym. These are great. I consider myself somewhat of a wide footer and it can be taxing to put the shoe on at first, but once you get the hang of it, or use a shoe horn they feel great. I went true to size. That's why I put up with putting them on. I use an orthotic and the bottom loaded zoom is how I like my shoes to feel. While not overly springy, it gives enough feedback that I know it is there providing the impact protection These are my current go to and awaiting the arrival of the 0.2 to try them out.

I love these sneakers! I've tried a couple of basketball sneakers and these are the ones that actually worked best for me. I tend to have some heel and mid foot aches after playing basketball for a long time and then walking a bit afterwards. I tried these sneakers on and I felt it provided the needed support for my heel and mid foot for basketball and even for walking around afterwards. I would definitely recommend these sneakers for anyone looking for comfort and support especially if their foot hurts toward the mid to heel area after playing basketball.

現代人常常遭遇壓力，有些民眾因此常常出現像是腹痛、脹氣、一緊張就想上廁所，或其他排便狀況改變等問題，再者種充滿內憂外患的情形之下，就有可能是大腸激躁症。
臺北市立聯合醫院林森中醫昆明院區中醫科醫師趙品諭表示，腸躁就是腸胃過度敏感又反應過度，中醫角度認為這是肝鬱脾虛，趙品諭說明，肝有能力可以疏理身體的氣、血、津液，肝鬱時，人往往就是呈現一種身心緊繃的狀態，也容易遭受影響出現各種失調的症狀，如失眠、月經不規則。
中醫認為，脾能運化水穀精微，現代醫學角度就是腸胃的消化及吸收營養功能，脾虛往往就是呈現一種與消化道有關的不正常的情況。
近幾年流行腸胃是身體的第二個大腦的觀念，它會透過「腦腸軸線」與人的身心交互影響，換句話說，就是這毛病或許只是肚子針對這個身體的主人忽視它的健康在鬧情緒。
趙品諭指出，中醫調理肝鬱脾虛常用逍遙散，方中柴胡疏肝解鬱，當歸、白芍養血柔肝，加薄荷少許，可以加強疏肝解鬱效果，白朮、茯苓益氣健脾，再用乾薑和中益胃，最後加甘草調和諸藥；諸藥合用，使肝氣得疏，脾虛得補。
